These terms apply to your use of letsgo-moving.link and to requests you make to Pompano Go Movers by phone or through the site. By using the site you agree to them.

Who performs your move

Pompano Go Movers connects you with independent registered movers who perform the move. Every mover we send is registered with the State of Florida as required and insured. Your move is performed by the independent mover named on your written estimate and contract, under that mover's own terms. That mover, not Pompano Go Movers, is responsible for the performance of the move, the handling of your goods, valuation coverage and any claim for loss or damage.

Estimates and pricing

Information on this site, including descriptions of what affects moving costs, is general guidance and not a quote. The only binding price terms are those in the written estimate and contract the mover gives you. Under Florida law, intrastate household movers must provide a written estimate and contract before performing services; interstate moves follow federal rules. Read your estimate and contract before signing.

Scheduling and availability

We will tell you honestly whether a date looks possible, but a booking is confirmed only when the mover confirms it in writing. We do not guarantee arrival times, same-day availability, elevator reservations or that a building's certificate-of-insurance requirements can be met by a given deadline; those depend on the mover and the building. Weather, including hurricane watches and warnings, can require a move to be rescheduled under the mover's terms.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate information about addresses, access, inventory and dates; changes can change the estimate.
• Obtain building or association approvals and reservations that only a resident or owner can request.
• Keep cash, jewelry, medication, important documents and hazardous materials out of the shipment.
• Check the mover's Florida registration and, for interstate moves, its USDOT and MC numbers.
