Sharing with the mover matched to you

When you call or send a request, we share your contact details and move details with the independent moving company matched to your move so it can contact you, survey the job and give you a written estimate. That mover handles your information under its own privacy practices and is responsible for the information you give it directly. We may also share data with service providers that run our phone system, form delivery, hosting and analytics, only as needed to provide those services. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and analytics

When analytics or advertising tags are active, they may set cookies to measure visits and conversions. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works without them.

Calls and texts

By submitting a request you agree that we and the mover matched to your move may contact you by phone, text or email about that request. You can ask us to stop at any time by telling us on a call or replying STOP to a text.

How long we keep it

We keep request and call records for as long as needed to handle your move and meet record-keeping obligations, then delete or anonymize them.

Children
